Real Estate Management

The course "Real Estate Management" provides students in the 5th semester with competencies and skills to master complex structural engineering and urban planning tasks within economic and organizational framework conditions. They learn the basic principles of project management based on the factors of cost, time and quality. Students will be able to evaluate and control projects from an economic point of view. By integrating economic considerations into the real estate process, cost-conscious and cost-optimized design and construction is promoted. In the winter semester, seminars are offered to accompany the lectures.
